Nestled in the quaint town of Water Mill, this 12-unit Condominium has a very private swimming pool, tennis court and stepping distance to the ocean at Flying Point. The owners here call this location, “the beach”.

A 20-suite Professional Center in the heart of East Patchogue, makes its home to Doctors, Dentists, Oral Surgeons, Physical Therapy Offices, Pediatricians, Orthodontists and Laboratories which serve the Brookhaven Hospital area. There is even a laser eye surgeon who perform surgeries on site.
Windgate At Holtsville HOA
This 26-unit Homeowners Association is located off Waverly Avenue in the ever-growing town of Holtsville. The town homes are beautifully landscaped and create a simplified way of living, year round.
